Volk wheel info??? Need asap!!!

What are the torque specs for volk wheels? ce28n's specifically. Also anyone know the proper size of hubcentric rings?

if it is going on a honda the torque is 80 ft lbs....I am sure what the hub bore is on the volk wheel thou
