So im guessing that Im going to have to take the bumper to get to the horn?

first time installing a alarm/keyless entry system on a car? When you wire up the horn, you dont manually take off the bumper and run the wires to it. The best thing to do is find the wire from somewhere under the dash. It's most likely a neg switch wire too.

click on honda, then go to civic 2006. it shows you where the wire is and what color.
