anyone using a ACT HC4-XTSS clutch?? I have some ?'s....
well i am using the ACt SS clutch with extreme pressure plate. and i love it. pedal ca be stiff in heavy traffic. kinda gives your foot a bit of a work out. my clutch engages as soon as start to take my foot of it. it takes gettign used to. i let me friend p/u my car from the shop after they put it in 9i was out of town) and he stalled 3x before he got out of the parking lot. and he drives all types of cars everyday. all in all a good set up. grips like a bitch. and qualty..let me tell you my sory on quality...
somehow got a hole in my tranny right near the flywheel. which caused oil to spray and cover my clutch and press plate. i drove it like this for a few (2-3)months just adding oil when needed as i coulnd't fina a good Si tranny . and the clutch did not slip once. didn't even glaze. finally got an ZC tranny and swappe dit out and the shop was ammazed it was in such good conditon for being driven under the conditions and coated with oil.

heavy pedal feel but stock engagement
the pressure plate refers to your clutch pedal
the disc is how it engages
