VAFC wired correctly? Also try taking it out of the loop just incase.

I'm not a fan of VAFC at all and 4500 seems quite low to try at.

Agreed. Try it back around "stock" levels (~5K) and clear up that VSS code.

ialways use 91 mixed w\ either 110, or octaine booster,
but if it would kickin at 5100 wouldnt it just do that when set at 4500 but just wait till it hit 5100 or would it quit telling it to kick over ??

What i Tried to say was when it is set at a point (like 4500 for ex.) and if it dosent kick over at that point, does it keep trying to kick over, like by the time it got up to 5100, or after 4500 would it just stay with low cams and not try to kick over again

5-20 is a bit light, 5-30 is probbly better.

wellllll its right with my baby...93 gsr.....wouldn't engage after a swap with regular gas so i figured maybe its just not warm enough after abotu a 10 minute mashing drive still nothing....someone on HT said it wont engage without premium so i took it to the gas station filled her up with premium and i pulled out the the driveway in my little rex then next thing i know i was slammed to my seat cuz i wasn't expecting it.....so its not bullshit premium is the engager atleast for my swap
