94 honda accord ex lowering question

just finish lowering my friend accord w/skunk2 coilovers, kyg AGX. the back seem to be lower than the front we adjusted the rear all the way up but still not going up any idea why?

yes the coils are new but the shock was reused from his previous loweing springs

Did you all install the springs backwards?

they install front to front rear to rear

it might be because the front fender well curves up higher then the back fender well
