Default 99 EM1 - No blinkers but HAZARDS work fine????

After I brought my 99 EM1 to the body shop for some front end damage repair, I recieved the car back with no working blinkers. My hazards work fine but when I hit the blinkers (either way) the sidemarkers dont blink, nor do the lights for the blinkers on the dash come on. When I brought the car to the shop my sidemarkers were wired fine and in 100% working order, but now they dont work. Im wondering if maybe they blew some kinda fuse for the blinkers but I lost the fuse cover which tells me which fuse is which. Can someone guide me in the right direction with this ANNOYING PROBLEM before the fuzz pulls me over on some bullshit!

Thanks in Advance ....

it's a fuse... the blinker and hazards are two separate fuses. Can't tell you off hand which one it is though... go pull all of them and change the broken ones

Check your blinker fluid.

Anyone have ANY IDEA what fuse it might be or can scan their FUSE COVER for under the dash?

^^
Seriously, it would take all of 5 minutes to pull and check every fuse to solve your problem. 2 HOURS have passed now since the first solution to your problem was posted...
