Default Base map help. B16 with I/H/E

As the title says, i need a base map for my car.
the is EF3 civic with b16A converted to OBD1.
with I/H/E.

I/H/E, Just look at a stock basemap and add a few.

Just use the stock ECU man, I/H/E aren't gonna effect it that much.

If you really wanna make power by messing with the ECU, you need a dyno.

The only reason, I am asking for tuned bin is,
from PFMfi.org,
I found a persons with b16a with I/H/E and CTR cams,. His fueling seting where 128% on high cam,
timing was advanced to 2 to 3 degs,

when i used it in my car it the diffrence was of day and night the only problem is fuel, the car run very very rich with that BIn,

Thats was not tuned on dyno its was on WB,

throttle responce is very good,

I asked him, he said he can have more timing as he use 100 Ron,

Just because of the diffrence in performace, i am asking for a bin file tuned to my similar setup,

I use 92 Ron, and 97 at the trax,

this is the only reason convencing me to ask for a bin file,
