what AUTO tranny oil is best for a hondamatic transmission? I have completely emptied the transmission including the torque converter. I was doing an engine swap and was surprised to see how much tranny fluid actually resides within the little donut!

In any case I would like to put the best fluid in to give me the smoothest shifts and longevity. My tranny has about 340, 000km's and I want it to last another 100, 000 km's.

Does anyone know how many liters there are in a 91 sedan's auto tranny? I have completely (or at least for the most part) drained the torque converter and the tranny itself.
