How can someone hook you up with a good deal under all those restrictions call the dealer for some of that nature. Its 2007 what head hasn't been abused,swapped, or atleast springs and retainers installed. If someone offers you a head with springs and retainers for 400 or 450 let everyone else know so they can buy it while you playing games hahaha.

yea i guess it is harder to find a GSR head under those conditions. I don't want junk tho.

Its not junk shorty as long as you put it to good use. Heads are not moving parts so the wear is only what you do to it. If you want it to be your way you can buy one and make changes to it. So you need a stock head with no milling. I was going to hook you up with a gsr head with Springs retainers and ferrera valves for 400 but it sold yesterday.
