In order to run without ABS one must run all new custom brake lines and install a new porportioning valve from a 4th gen without abs. Are their any other options does any other company make a valve that will fit because i do not want to lose any power in the braking system by doing this. Also i have never taken apart the master cylinder... how exactly do i install this ?

Well, any prop valve you could find with 10mm threads would be fine...I know there are several types of aftermarket ones. Otherwise just use the Prelude S (not type S :rolls eyes: haha) prop valve.
You have no reason to take apart the master cylinder. It's just the bolts holding it to the frame and the brake line fittings. Use flare nut wrenches for those...

sounds good thanks. will i loose any braking performance though with the prelude s prop. valve ?
the brakes feel overall the same though to me as they did with the SI abs system just minus the abs part. but you have a 5thgen..so i'm not sure what your brakes feel like to begin with.
