What?

The bolt connecting the fork of the strut to the LCA is seized?

if you need to get the arm back up, use a jack.

if you need to get the bolt off:

1) try PB blaster / Liquid Wrench (soak it and let it sit, try this a couple times)
2) try heating the bolt torch
3) cut the head of the bolt off and tap it out

I was in your position a few days ago but broke a bolt and had to drill/grind it out and expletive was that ever a *****. Like said just use a jack to lift the arm up and have a friend manually alighn the 2 holes by pulling on the trailing arm until it lines up

Assuming you're talking about the back, bolt it to the trailing arm first then the body side. Best bet's to buy new control arms. They're relatively cheap. Use Anti-sieze when you bolt it together so, this doesn't happen in the future.

we got it. it was defnitally not easy tho. install went ok, took about 6 hours tho! lots of interuptions and bolts keep hiding from us. ended up going with tokico illuminas and gc coilovers. i went about 12 threads on the coilovers, and I think it lowered me about 2 inches or so. Great stance now tho!~

...which bolts - exactly - hide from you when doing suspension on a Honda? Strangely, I've never had that particular problem

I think he means the bolts you stick in your pockets or the toolbox and forget than have to search for.
