Default DOHC ZC Building upper half

Thanks again for everyone thats helps me out. Another new question lol. I have a DOHC ZC and i got all the parts to build the lower end, but now i want to build the head, where can i get valuves, springs, seals, etc... And what would be better a 45 or 90 degree valves. the motor also has a garrett T3/T4 turbo. Please thake that into consederasion if it matters. Still learning about motors so bear with me lol. oh ya i also have stage 2 cams. When it comes down to price i would like something nice but not to expensive. Meaning no titanum, that probably break the buget lol.
