Default Muffler is falling apart.

My muffler is falling apart.
Rest of the system is in great shape

So I am looking for a cheap replacement muffler that will fit the oem pipe and not look terrible or sound like ***.

Suggestions?
(rather not do OEM)

Vibrant Racing universal 2.25".

They come in polished or flat black. Do a search on H-T, and you'll find some vendors.

Flat black :D

I might pick one up for the 115 shipped unless I can find a cheaper option.

For a little extra, you can get the E.S tuning oval. I have it, and love it. Comes in flat black or polished, just as the Vibrant racing one does. Get it off Inlinefour.com

Magnaflow ovals are good too! Look on ebay for the best price..And you can always paint it flat black.

You can get a Bosal OE-spec replacement axle-back for as little as $104 (plus shipping, spring bolts if needed, and donut gasket if needed). No annoying noise, no welding. Bolts right up to the OEM B-pipe.

you will likley need to weld on an adaptor, ,,, if you plan on going with a larger than stock (1.75 +) inlet on the muffler.
