im a noob o hondas what swaps into a 3rd gen?

hey everyone im buying a 3rd gen prelude. what motor swaps into them? and whats the best coilovers for them? im kinda excited, what do you guys think of the 3rd gen?

you can swap a h22 in a 3rd gen.
