vtec not working on my integra ls

i got my car about a week ago and vtec was working fine, yesterday i notice that the vtec wasn't activating, it used to kick in around 3 gram, not sure what the problem is need help, is an 96 integra ls b18b here is a pic of my motor

If that picture is the real thing and not a photoshop...Then you don't have VTEC, LS / RS / GS are all B18B or B18A these engines don't have VTEC...Unless, that isn't your engine on the picture, and you really have an LSV swap.
