I am working on a cheap turbo setup that will get my accord f22b2 to 300+whp. I will be putting new rods and pistons in the motor. I plan on building the head over time. My question is do you guys think that this turbo will put me in the 300whp range at 15 psi and maybe even 400 after the motor is all built let on down the line?

From what I remember a long time ago, this GM-8 was from an old Ford powerstroke diesel from the late 80s. From what I remember, this turbo was terrible even on the OEM powerstroke, much less the Honda. I hope you didn't find this on E-bay, there are a couple of people selling these old GM-8s are reconditioned units.
