92 integra gs seatbelt light always on?
alright I need some help troubleshooting why my seatbelt light is always on...
I already pulled out the driver seat and made sure all the wires are plugged in well and not corroded... and found lots of change in the auto seatbelt thing heh...
and heres some thing slightly interesting... whenever the car is on and I have the seatbelt on, and the passenger door is opened then closed the thing beeps at me for the seatbelt, even though it is on and all...
also, I don't think I can get the seatbelt to lock up like when braking the belt is supposed to stop you from moving more... it won't do that.
the seatbelt rails work perfectly when I open the doors.
is it possible the auto seatbelt computer thing is messed up?
thanks in advance!!!

Take it to an acura dealership and they will have to fix it free of charge. Anything seatbelt related is free of charge for a lifetime. As long as it is all stock.
ah yes I actually read that in my owners manual heh good thinking... are there any fees though? lifetime warranty on seatbelts other than wear and tear
my light is on all of the time too .. try to plug the lap belt in and than it should go off .. mine does .. but i never wear the lap belt so it stays on all of the time

Why would you give a
for not wearing the lap belt? Now there is a smart move.
On the 90-93 with auto shoulder belts, you have to have 3 things connected for the light to go off: both shoulder belts, and the driver's lap belt. Otherwise the light will stay on.
