H22 Turbo Kit Question

H22 Turbo Kit Question
I'm putting in an H22 in civic! Now my question is where do i find a turbo kit for it when all i can find is turbo kits for D&B Series engines... Is it a good idea to go for an H22 or is there a turbo that will fit my car?

It's a horrible idea.
The H22's composite cylinder walls make it very boost unfriendly.
You don't gain a lot of power from boosting a H22 (at least not as much as boosting a GSR or LS). They also break very easily which is another reason they're not good boost motors.
That's probably the main reason you can't find that many turbo kits for it. They just suck on H22's. Other than that I'm sure you can find a turbo kit for anything else and simpy use an H series turbo mani.
Other than that, post this in the forced induction forum for better answers.

J/K i've seen a few boosted h22s live long but it was with a good tune and i don't think they were boosting but 5-10 do a search on it but i agree with Syndacate as far as boosting a B i think your better off doing that
