make sure all your wiring is correct. sometimes the LS chassis harness doesn't have all the same wires so even if you have the jumper harness you still have to re-pin or add wires. My guess is there is a sensor not wired correctly so the ecu is misreading it and restricting the RPMs.

why not look at an ecu pinout picture? I know there has to be one,probably only at the dealer, but im wondering, if anyone on this forum can post it.

yo i got a 94 integ ls, should i get a full turbocreations turbo kit w/ catback exhaust ( the whole deal!) or would headers and better exhaust provide enough power? PLEASE help me out man
