Default emmision prolbrem!!!

Hello this my 1st post. But I'm not new to honda's at all, I use the search feature alot. Like they say theres nothing you can do to a civic that hasn't already been done. But anyway I drive a 91 civic Hb Si. The car is lowered on H&R race springs with kyb agx sturts. Needless to say the car is low.

Here's my prolbrem: I take the car to md state emmision today, long story short the car flys off of the dyno and slams back and fourth 3 complete times.

has anybody had this happen to them or know of anybody? I'm worried that they are going to jerk me around when it comes time to replace my front rims.

Buy the way I passed, barely

First of all for you and at on head:

Do you mean it jerked around or it broke the straps and came off the dnyo? This was just your normal 15 roll for smog right? So the car bucked or what I'm a lil lost.

So they didn't strap the car down right, and it flew off? Yeah, they beter replace the rims.

there wasnt any straps, only a calk block. The car broke loose right after he hit 2nd gear. It slammed and hit the very edge of the dyno 3 to 4 times. The best part was the the calk block was jammed up under the driver side of the car. They have long white poles on the blocks so they dont have to bend down and pick them up. so when the idiot tried to get out of the car he slammed my drivers side door up against the pole 2 times. On top of all of this it took them at least 5 mins to get the block from underneath of the car. because they tried to drive over it and then backing up a couple of times. I had to yell get a jack a**hole to manger before they stopped.

Wow...

Morons to them.

Anything should be covered by there insure, i'm not a auto tech but IIRC they have to hold insure. Get pics as many as you can depending on your insure you might want to contact them as well.

Wow, thats insane. I will PM our mod you might be able to get more help from the GDD he can move it for you.

I hope it clears up but it might turn into legal action.

to be honet they seemed real carefree like, just filll out this paper and someone will call you. They took a pic of the damage to the door. But the car is pulling to the right now and the wheel shakes around 50 mph.
