I have a 1996 lx and I tried to flush it doing it the manual way but I can't find the bolt to flush it, but I know there is something else to it, Idk how to do this but I have done manual transmission drain before, I have already installed my new cv axle shaft now Im stuck with the transmission fluid flushing if anyone could help me or has info please help because right now I am riding with the old transmission fluid that has been in there with 120,000 mile. Flushing a transmission with that many miles can and will probably cause problems,

Honestly, I would get 2 bottles of the Lucas Transmission fix, and then fill it the rest of the way with honda OEM tranny fluid..

Works wonders, Tranny flushes will cause problems

I'm not too sure as to what you mean by flushing the trans. But for the auto trans, the drain bolt is the 3/8in drive head bolt and the fill is the dipstick hole.. As least as far as I can remember that is..

Its on the right side, but farther forward. Instead of directly below the right axle like the manual tranny drain, look forward. It's still got a square hole so you use a 3/8 socket extension without a socket.

If it's real dirty, then drive around for a day & do it again. And again until it's relatively clean.
