Painting engine bay, painters post up!
Ok i'm doing a wire tuck right now (not too crazy, but the fuse box and battery are gone), and i want to repaint my engine bay to bring back some shine. I was going to fill the holes and stuff but it just looks too involved for me. My question is where do i start? I was planning on getting all my painting supplies from paintscratch.com. They have all sorts of primers and premixed paint in spray cans. So given the fact that i'll be applying paint, and clear, how do i do this? So i need to sand the bay, primer, paint and clear? Or can i just primer over the paint that's there? Should I skip the primer all together?
