dry ice i hear is the best method or how i did it back in the day before i even knew anyone that knew hondas or cars for that matter- flathead screwdriver, hammer, and 2 weeks of chisling

its a safe solvent, smells like paint thinner, but its not. Itll take ANYTHING off. Interior stains on plastics, headliners..etc..
stains such as tar, sap, bird ****, etc... are no match for this stuff!
