clutch slipping
ok i cant figure out why, but i had a new clutch assembly from NAPA put in my stock 89 civic hatch dx about 4 months ago, and after only about 3,000 miles and 3 months it started slipping already, but its acting alot different then it did the first time, the first time after it started slippping i had it completely go to where it wasnt driveable in about 200 - 300 miles worth of driving, but with this clutch i now have been driving on it for about 1,000 miles since it started slipping, and some days it seems to slip less then others
also im trying to figure out why its so stiff when i push on my clutch pedal, ive already checked the clutch cable and it is not bound up, and the clutch pedal doesnt have any defects

it probably feels stiffer cause you went from a worn out clutch to a brand new clutch.
who installed the clutch? did you resurface the flywheel? make sure to tq down all the bolts to spec? make sure everything was clean and no oil?

i had a shop do all the work and replace it, also i forgot to add, but its always been stiff since the day i bought the car, about a year ago, way stiffer then normal, i also have broken 3 of my pedal brackets so far because it was so stiff and putting too much stress on the pedal brackets, and trust me its a pain in the *** replacing them with what little space u have, and i really dont want to replace another
