That looks like your sensor thats dusty, not your lens. Looks like it's time for a cleaning.

Matt, reason I think its the lens is because, it only happens when I shoot at high apertures and I tried it on multiple cameras..
When I shot with this exact camera with the F2.8 70-200 VR all was fine..

One way you can find out for sure, set the camera on a desk or tripod, facing a white wall with the cleanest lens you have, set it to F22 and then view the picture on your monitor.
