I know this isn't exactly the correct place to post this, but I want buyers to be aware of what happened....PLEASE READ! BUMP IF YOU READ PLEASE!!!!

monday night, bought ONE SET (2 bulbs) "Password JDM H4H "SUPER WHITE" HEADLIGHT BULB"


--Tuesday I call to confirm my order and ask if i can have them overnighted. The customer service person ASSURED ME DELIVERY BY THURSDAY. I needed them on wednesday but i figured, why not just wait til thursday and not pay extra. (Keep in mind this is for my daily, and i don't get off until night time, so yes i needed these bulbs).
--Wednesday I call to confirm they were shipped out and to make sure I'd receive them the next day as PROMISED. A different customer service person tells me, Yes they shipped, and I won't get them until friday or SATURDAY. So I am pissed and e-mail password requesting free shipping on next purchase, discount, SOMETHING for screwing me. They kindly reply with a $10 in store credit, which, is decent enough.
--Thursday -no mail
--Friday -no mail
--Saturday finally mail comes, i open my mailbox...and hmmm, strange, this is what i see...a THIN FLAT PACKAGE


hm, strange, i thought it would come in a box, i feel it (before opening) weird, wutever is in the package is small and is only about 1" x 2". Already pissed, i rip off the packing list, it says "PASSWORDJDM H4H "SUPER WHITE" HEADLIGHT BULB ORDERED 1"

I Open the package, and this is what I'm greeted by:



I GO A WHOLE WEEK WITH NO CAR, PROMISED A THURSDAY DELIVERY! Get it on SATURDAY, and its a DAMN WIRE HARNESS....

now, what would you guys do? i want a set overnighted at no charge, im going to keep this stupid wire harness just because they f'd up, and i want $10 more for in store credit, which i will just probably give away because i doubt any more business from me will go to password. I am beginning my new project, and this is the first experience i have with them...w00t

They closed @ 2, i didn't even get the mail until 2, they won't be open until monday, so the soonest i could have a replacement is tuesday, so 7 full days since original order until i get the correct product....

i thought highly of password, and my opinion has now swayed...

FREE BUMP....................THEY SCREWED ME OVER TOO...................I ORDERED SOME OMNI POWER SLEEVES AND A WEEK LATER I RECEIVED THE OMNI POWER FULL COILOVER SUSPENSION.......I KID U NOT!!! THIS WAS A PLUS FOR ME BUT I KNOW THAT SOMEONE OUT THERE RECEIVED MY SLEEVES AND GOT SCREWED.............GOOD LUCK IN RESOLVING THIS!!!

def good for u, this means someone got my bulbs probably then, lol....thanks for the bump, anyone else get screwed?

 

MY FRIEND BOUGHT A B20B MOTOR FROM THEM AND GUESS WHAT? THAT SUCKER WAS SO RUSTED ON THE CAMSHAFT AND ROCKERS THAT I HAD TO HELP MY FRIEND POLISH OFF ALL THE RUST BEFORE WE STARTED THAT MOTOR... I THINK IF WE NEVER OPEN UP THE VALVE COVER THEN HIS MOTOR WOULD OF WENT BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

be that as they may, they dont have any of the oem replacements that i wanted....so i had to get those

with my experience with password jdm , i live in SF and they took 3 weeks to ship me a drain bolt =/

hmmm i REALLY HOPE UR JOKING. H4H bulbs are on the JDM headlights...they don't sell h4h at autozone, or kragen. and btw JDMKID510 its pepboys, lol not pepsboy. if they sold them at a local kragen or autozone i would have just picked them up there, i just knew that password had them so i figured i'd go for it, not knowing they suck...

-yellow fog lights
-2 t-shirts

arrived on 12/23 pretty quick for the holiday season

 

i'm 45 minutes away ;-)
