anyone else experience bad cust. service from dist. king?
so has anyone experienced bad customer service at distributor king?
well i bought a distributor from them in august 06 and in december 06 it started throwing me a code 8. i sent him a few emails about getting them to pay for shiping both ways, then i sent him an email just trying to get them to pay for the return shipping. then i sent him an email seeing if theres a way i could buy another distributor from him and when he finds that the old one i sent in is broken, he could just refund my money so my car wouldnt be down for the 2 weeks.
my car being down for 2 weeks is a big concern for me and thats at 2nd day air whihc would cost me $80 shipping both ways. ground would take even longer. i cant have my car down for that long, thats why i emailed him about buying a new one and refund me for the old one when they see its broken.
i never seen a company not pay for the return shipping for their own broken product. and me buying a new one and them refunding for the old one, is not something he is even gonna consider. i never seen a company not work something like this out before. he also sent me an email to stop emailing him and wasting his time.

I haven't personally dealt with DK yet. But from browsing the forums i have read mixed reviews about them. So people luck out and have had great experiances with them while others have encountered numerous problems with DK.
