I just finished my second swap from my a3 k20 to a full k24. It's been in 4 about 120 miles and when I do a quick acceleration theres a quick little pop that resembles a wine bottle cork popping. I wanna get it fixed b4 I put the Type S head on.

 

it would be hard to say. possibly ur motor mount(s) might be loose. check to make sure theyre on securely and tight.

 

check your tranny mount, i had that same popping noise that you described. i checked all the motor mounts. all secure and tight and then i checked the transmission and it wasnt as tight as it should be
