Default Turbo D-Series question

Ok so i had been debating whether or not i should go with a B16 turbo or stick with a D series... And i've decided i'll stick with the D series as i'm on a budget here. Here are a few questons, i've searched... yes... But there is simply just a lack of D16 turbo build threads !! So bear with me

-My CRX has a MPFI conversion and is currently running an OBD1 D15B2. (Engine came from a 92-95 civic si)
-My goal is to run mid 12's, so i'm assuming i'll need around 15psi of boost.
-I want to rev very high, 9k-10k rpm.

My questions are kind of noob-like, sorry, but i've never build a D series, and i have never turbo'd a car. I'm a certified auto mech apprentice, so i know what i'm doing, i've just never ventured into turbos, and would like some input

-Which D series would be the best for my set up ? I've heard alot of good things about the D16z6, and the D16y8. I just want to know which one would be better for my build... Or if you have any other engine in mind... please share your thoughts.

-What valvetrain have you all had good experience with ? I'm the kind of person who pretty much redline's the entire way to work... So i need something reliable.

-Valves? Normally i use OEM ones... but i get the feeling those would burn up under this much pressure... Any suggestions?

-CP Pistons are what i'm going to use, i'll drop the compression down to 9.0

-Engine bearings ? Once again, i dont think OEM honda bearings will last long the way i drive, so i'm going to need something stronger

I've built engines before, but never a D series... So i just dont want to go into this blind. Any input / flames are appreciated. Thanks.

You shouldn't rec past 8k at the MAX even with a fully built D valvetrain and bottom end because of the rod stroke. It will cause damage. It will put severe pressure on the cylinder walls and the rods, and pistons.
With a quality built turbo D stock limit to 7.5 or 7.8k is plenty of revs to get the power you want to hit 12's.

Try searching in: http://D-series.org

Look for Tuna's build, he has gone mid 13's with all motor.
And there are a plethora of turbo guys there with great info too,
moreso than here, although go and ask questions in the FI forum as well.
