Help!
My 2000 honda civic Dx will turn over but will not start.
I replaced the rotor,distributor cap,wires and spark plugs.
Any other suggestions?

 

sounds liek you have most of the ignition components checked, with about fuel? when you turn the keys to acc can you hear the fuel pump prime? pull the plug wire and have someone turn it over and check for spark. I once had that problem and checked everything and I couldn figure it out. Turns out I had a faulty fuel gauge and my tank was empty

 

my 1st thought was my fuel gauge was bad and put in 5 gallons of gas. No help!
Yes, I can hear the fuel pump engage.
I parked in a parking lot, went in to shop, came back out and
it would not start. Had to be towed home.

 

check your main relay, check all your ground wires, check your fuel relay...Check the engine harness connection, check your ecu harness make sure everything is on nice and tight. check all the fuses in the engine bay fuse box, and ensure that all of them are good...
