WTB: EK 96-00 Civic parts in Australia

WTB: EK 96-00 Civic parts in Australia
My brother is in need of a few little parts for his new '98 civic.
Please let me know if you have these parts IN AUSTRALIA or can get them there for really cheap!
He would like to replace his lower console with one with a cup holder, and just a regular tray instead of a cd player.
Here is his (highlighted in red)
and the type that he would like
He would also like a gauge cluster with a tach in it. He would prefer something with an orange backlight but anything will do. Something like this one
And lastly he would like a parcel shelf (highlighted here in red on my car)

$80US is too much, I can get it to him far cheaper from here.
Please, if anyone has parts IN AUSTRALIA already that would be far more helpful, as I'm in the USA I can get him parts from here just as cheap as any other american.
