Default 2004 with 72K miles too much?

I just saw an ad for one, and I am wondering if this is too much. I haven't check out the car yet. But regarding a car with this many miles, are there anything specific that I should look out for? Thanks.

Quite high for an 04. Make sure it's checked out thoroughly to ensure you uncover anything that might cause problems down the road. If well matained 74K on any Honda is nothing.

Goodluck!

Maybe if it is 15K.

I just got my 04 a few months ago with 6K miles. Keep looking.

Why don't you drive a new one or one that has less miles. Then compare. That's for the suspension and the steering. Then if that's okay and the title seems okay, have Honda or a reliable shop do the various tests on it.

Thats more than my 01 but Id rather have an ap2 instead of ap1 for looks, but depending on cost it might be worth it.

When I was looking for an S to buy a few months back I was all about the AP2 over the AP1 like crazy...then my taste shifted to the AP1, and now I have a 2001...with (get ready) 106,000 miles on it running solid. Doesn't smoke, but does need a few minor things...but nothing that would add up to what the cost of a lower mileage S was going to be. Popped the tags for $12k clear.

74K on a 2004 model sounds like it's a frequently highway-driven car. It should still run just fine. But yeah...make sure you check it out thoroughly first.

74K is nothing for a honda, like everyone else says, if its running correctly and the price is right, go for it! If you look on cars.com, you might be able to find the same year with much less miles, i can't say much about the price though, it depends on what your willing to spend. I gaurantee you that your best bet to buy an S2K is here, im sure everyone here that is selling an S2K has taken very good care of it
