???EF COLD AIR ????
I have a aem cold air to put in to my 90 civic sedan what would I need to install it would i have to take the fender out how would i put the filter on pleaz help if so can you post up pics of it
If you have a stock air intake your gonna have to take your bumper off... theres another air box type of thing behind your bumper..thats where your air filter will be after.. it has 2 or 3 10mm bolts... then you slide the new pipe through the hole...
Why take the bumper off? If you remove the bumper turn signal you can get to one of the screws holding the air box in. Then get under the car and open the inner fender panel. It is made to open under the bumper. It has a slots it slides into to hold it up. Now remove the other bolts holding the air box in. Feed the air tube down into the bimper and then tighten the air filter. No bumper removal needed.
I tried that I couldnt reach the back bolt behind the air box. whatever its not like it takes a long time removing a bumper.... but yea it would be easier how they said.. if you can reach it
