No sliders or rails. These mount from the bottom not like Sparco which I believe mounts on the side.

Nothing wrong with them. Never used or installed. I sold my MR2 couple years ago and got a 240sx but I sold that too. I was going to put it in my 91 civic but the seats would be more expensive than the car.
