I just got a set of H&R Sport Springs f/1.5" b/1.2" drop. Is it really nessecary to have a camber kit since im not lowing it that much?

doubt it, my cd6 has tein on the front and its fine, and it drops it a little more than those

I have the same setup as above. My tires wear a little bit more on the insides of the front though.

 

Thats a mild drop, no camber correction necessary.

 

Even if its a mild drop I would suggest getting a camber kit.

 

for that drop camber kits only $130-150 and itll save you tire which run $70+ a ea.
1washer in the rear and your good to go.
