my s2k messed up PLEASE help

Default my s2k messed up PLEASE help

my passanger side HID bulb is flickering and wount stay on. and my brights turned on to but there not even bright. they are dim kinda look like daytime running lights or city lights. but when i hit the switch to turun on the brights the HID and bight bulb turn off on the passanger side. i dont know what it could be. im thinking bad connection or ground. this happen to anybody b4?

sounds like its shorting out somewhere in the circuit.. check the connections and make sure nothing is grounding out or loose

naw i dont think ive driven over any hard bumps im really carfull bout how i drive cause its lowered. damn this sux

Check the voltage level at the connector plug at the headlamps. HIDs will either not turn on, or flicker, if the voltage is not high enough...and being that you do not have much light coming from your high beams, I'd suggest checking the voltage at the connector then follow it back until you find full power.

but what would make the highlamps come on with out me turning them on?

hmmm, I read your 1st post too fast then. I would wager that you do have a bad ground. Ever seen a POS driving down the road, and when they hit the brakes SOME of the taillights will shut OFF...then when they get off the pedal, they light back up? That's what happens when there is a bad ground. You've got something similar. Check all ground points that you can find.

probably an inverter same thing happened to me once moisture got into the lens and it created to much resistance in the inverter causeing the light to be very dim. also the head light relays can cause that problem
