im now trying to build my b20/b16 motor my goal was 500hp. i have learn and research thousand times and now i think it will make over 500hp but i have to ask more and more. what r u thiniking can i go over 500hp with my list!!

From Head to Block
B16a head
Valve Guides & Seals KMS
Valves & Dual Springs and Retainers SKUNK2
Pro 1 Camshafts SKUNK2
AEM Cam Gears
Soon head jop port and polish

B20B Block
darton sleeves in the way 1 week
CP Pistons CR 9:1
Eagle rods in the way 3 days

my turbo
GT35R

what i need
intake
headrs
crank
bearings
cooler
i will buy all this in next two months

if u have any advice let me know

i start the tuning 7-4-2006 i think i will finish it at 9-2007

 

yea well over 500 whp with that sleveed b20

 

 

those are some pretty big cams for boost

yeah i think you need more researching

 

Stock crank will be fine.

 

yea those cams are def. all motor cams

i talk with skunk2 about these cams and other company and all say this cams support turbo and boost too
the guy say can make with this cams 800hp this cams can give about 100hp just the cams!!

when im said 'what i need'.i dont mean these all what i need. i mean what i will do or the next step

i know there r a such more import thing. fuel system,oil catch can,drive shafts,ignition. and sorry im not good to explain every thing in english

I think you need to think more about this...a turbo system does not use a typical 'intake' or 'headrs'...you don't even have more than one header on your B-series to start with. You need a turbo manifold.

yes i mean turbo manifold that we called headrs too, but what i can say im arabian always wrong

 

i would love to see some proof behind their claims of picking up 100hp.

if money is a concern dont bother with the port and polish.

if by intake u mean intake manifold. victor x is a great manifold at your level.

do u have the stock b20 crank from the block or did u get it bare?

i will try the cams i dont see any one use the pro 1 cams so i will be the first one

i have 8 months so i can get some money to do the port and polish

i dont have the b20 crank i bought the block bare but i think i want buy new one?? not the stock one

now i bought ACL rod bearings and main bearings and my darton sleeves come yesterday

so now im thinking to buy crank cuz i dont one.
where i can buy a new crank and good one wich one is best. eagl crank?
if u know any web have a crank please let me know.
