Injector Clip Voltage

What should be the voltage at the Injector clips when the engine is on and with just the power on? What would be the MAX and what would be the MIN? Not sure if it matters but the injectors are Peak and Hold.

if you were to get, lets say, 11.8-11.7, would that be considered a problem or what?
