What tires should fit these? And would us honda wheel lock nuts work on them? or would I need a different size wheel lock for it?

as long as the the locks are oe and have a ball seat then they will work..So that is your answer for that part..but you need to answer our question as to what type of vehicle and what year

The proper tire size depends on the wheel diameter, measured at the bead where the tire mounts. (It's usually around an inch less than the diameter measured at the outer edge of the lip of the rim.) Sometimes the size is also stamped on the wheel itself.

Here's the proper size tire for your '97-00 Civic, depending on the rim size:

on 14" wheels, 185/65-14 or 195/60-14
on 15" wheels, 195/55-15 or 205/50-15
on 16" wheels, 205/45-16 or 215/45-16
on 17" wheels, 205/40-17

There are lots of good tires out there, and no one tire is the best for everyone. Some people need to use their tires on snow in winter, others don't. Some people need to use their tires in rain, others rarely do. Some people use their tires only on the racetrack, dragstrip, or autocross course, and others use them only for street driving, and still others for both. Some people care only about performance, while others also care about value (purchase price and/or treadlife) and are willing to trade off some performance for better value. So it all depends on what YOU care about for YOUR car.

Some brief recommendations:

- If you care only about performance (traction and handling on dry roads), get the Falken Azenis RT-615.

- If you care about performance (dry roads) as well as wet roads and/or value (purchase price and treadlife), get the Kumho Ecsta SPT.

- If you need to drive your car in snow in the winter and use the same tires the rest of the year, get an all-season tire like the Kumho Ecsta ASX.

It depends on what you mean by "regular lug locks". If they are Acura/Honda brand locks, or aftermarket locks that specifically mention that they have a ball-shaped seating area, then yes; if they are aftermarket locks designed for aftermarket wheels, then no.
