Default Is anyone using an Apexi ws exhaust on their turbo set up?

I'm planning on going with a turbo in the future for my ls integra. I was wondering if anyone is using the ws system with a turbo. I like the look of it and the tone and over all "loudness". If you think that the ws is no good i'd like some ideas of other exhausts that have the same look. Thanks

i used to run one, i ddnt like it. i believe its chambered which creates backpressure. its nice though since its not too loud. i switched to apexi n1 then t1R n1. theyre both good, i like the apexi n1 better soundwise!

most these exhausts come with 60mm piping would that be ok for a mild turbo set up like 220-260 hp

so i'm thinking a greddy sp2 is decent for a turbo set up that looks pretty stock and has decent noise levels

Apexi makes a 3" WS muffler. Get custom piping made for it and you're set

I had the WS muffler on my car, it sounded awesome, but it JUST KILLED the power with my setup... it was just WAY to restricting!!

yea? i think i saw somewhere where they made a straight through design for turboed applications, but it was only the muffler. I moved to cali a little while ago and i'm not familiar with any places that can weld the rest for me. If anyone knows of one around LA that would be a great help.

ANY muffler shop will be able to do it. Check ebay for the muffler.

alright thanks. as far as investment, do you think it would be cheaper to get a catback or have a custom one made for me?

def. go custom...supertuning in Van Nuys is fairly cheap and does great work. I'll be going back soon for my exhaust for the sol.

on my old hatch I got a complete headerback system(with a new cat) for 375(I provided my own muffler though) and in the cost of that also included getting a dc 4-1 header modded witha 2.5" collector.it was mandrel bent piping also

alright that sounds really good cause i was kinda thinking that if i bought a cat back from like greddy i'm basically paying for a name. and i don't have the money to be paying greddy to write their name on some tubing

i think that the thernal r&d turbo exhaust would be a good exhaust for your setup.
