Civic swap not cranking or clicking
I have a '97 Civic w/ a b18c1 swap and I had to reset my SRS light and to wire some stuff into my ECU today. I finished and now my car doesn't start.
The symptoms:
----doesn't crank and doesn't do the continuous clicking over and over, all that happens is a single click under the dash and power simultaneously goes out in my climate control ( goes out like flicking a switch off, not a slow dim ).
Items to rule out:
----Battery. My car plays my stereo perfectly, it just doesn't start.
----ECU. Even with the ECU unplugged, my car doesn't crank like it should
Possible causes of my problem:
----I could have crossed ECU pin# 10 and 11.
----I could have unplugged some crap under the dash, seriously, my dash is a ******* nightmare and I had to move a lot of crap around JUST to get to the SRS plug.
----anything else YOU can think of......maybe I shorted my starter solenoid or relay or some ****.
Help please, I gotta get to work at 2pm and I damn sure don't want to ride my bike.

going to bed, if you read this after this point, please bump it for an answer, even if you may not have one yourself. Thank you.
Make sure ALL of your ground are hooked up. If they are not all snug the car wont crank. I didnt have my vavle cover ground hooked up and it wouldnt crank.
I figured it out. One of the relays under the dash was knocked out of socket. I'm quite surprised that no one has used this relay as a kill switch.....something to think about.
