Default Difference between OEM GSR air intake OBD1 vs. OBD2

Hey guys, I was wondering there was any difference between the oem GSR air intakes from OBD1 to OBD2?

The reason I ask is because I am doing a CA smog legal motor swap in my EF with a OBD1 B18C1.

Thanks.

The OBD I has an extra little resonator **** on the intake arm if Im not mistaken, its really pointless and doesnt do much of anything.
