Default high compression d15b2?

I recently used the ZealAutowerks compression calculator and I just wanted you guys option on this setup. I have a d15b2 block that was given to me by a freind of mine and wanted to build it up for high compression on the cheap.

d15b2 block
d16 crank
PM7 pistons
d15b2 connecting rods
d15b2 head

The calculator said compression would be around 13.5:1 would this be safe and is this number right? It just sound a little high to me.

isnt that basically a bone stock d15b2? the pistons are from a dohc zc right? the PM7's? and i assume the crank is from a d16a6? all those motors have about the same compression, all you're doing is interchanging parts that are basically the same as one another. people spend alot of money on internals getting their compression that high, i doubt that combo will make any difference, someone correct me if im wrong

maybe you would get a little bit of higher compression from ZC pistons, but nothing significant.

I agree with dseries_ef.

The D16 crank wont fit the D15 main journals.
