I took out my head liner to knock some dents out of my roof of my car an i got them out an when i put it all back together my tail lights an my gauges dont work,i checked the fuses an none was blown, i had a problem with my starter an got it fixed today got it back in. could that be a problem? i dk whats going on, please help thanks

 

Did you check the underhood fuse panel as well as the underdash fuse panel?
