I'm sure you've known this, but the further that a tire is geared for racing, the less DD-friendly it becomes. Achieving high dry grip sacrifices wet grip, treadwear, and cold-weather performance. The tires mentioned so far, plus maybe a few others, will be the ones to choose for dual track & street duty, IMO.
I would NOT add something like the Falken Azenis RT-615 to the list, though -- not as a "for sure" recommendation. Their decreasing performance in cold & wet weather shouldn't be something to live with daily. Tires in its class are very grippy for a street-legal tire, but you'll have to be going recklessly fast to exploit them, and they'll just wear out sooner in the meantime compared to other tires.
If you're going to spend a lot of time racing, you really should get a second set of wheels & tires just for that purpose.
