Paid $250 for product through paypal on the 12/12/06
Got the runaround about how he was to busy to ship it. Finally created a shipping order(which doesn't mean it has been picked up or dropped off at fedex location) and after he created this shipping order, told me it was shipped and i should receive it shortly.

Called Fedex and they told me that it was never picked up or dropped off at fedex location for shipment.

Contacted N1_55 and he told me that fedex must be busy and then i started to get worried because obviously he was lying about shipping it. I threatened to file claim with paypal when he finally said that he would ship it out that day and to check tracking # that night.

He did ship it on the 21st of december which is 9 days after i paid and I finally got the package today Jan 3/07 and all i got was the tie bar. Look at the box, it's huge and couldn't fit a sway bar. Why the hell would you ship just a tie bar in such a big box? The shipping label said 20 lbs. but the box weighed 2 pds.



I want my money back or exactly what i ordered. How hard is that? I know a lot of you have dealt with N1 CONCEPTS but this is BS. It's been almost a month.

I will take this thread down as soon as the problem is resolved.

(8:44 AM 12/28/2006) sokdo321: your package was never sent to me. i called fedex and they said you created the package label but they never picked it up. whats up with my comptech bar. this is making me worried even more now. if you do not send the bar to me by friday... i will file a paypal claim. let me know what's up on ur end.

(12:57 AM 12/29/2006) sokdo321: called fedex again.... they don't have the package and they said you created the shipping label but never had it dropped off or picked up for delivery. tomorrow is friday and if that package is not sent tomorrow, you can send me my money back. it looked as though you had a good reputation with HT but this is making me very doubtful. i've waited a long time to get this setup and i can no longer wait before i have to take action to get my money back or the bar. let me know what you want to do. you have till tomorrow evening to do something about this.

that guys car is pretty popular, you should be able to figure this out, or his friends will talk to him or something. good luck

That sucks, you would think since N1 has his own business that he would figure out how to run **** proper but I guess not. Good thing I didn't get the set of wheels off of him from NWP or maybe I would have only gotten two wheels or something with no tires.

thats sucks, hope you get your money back. this is one of the reasons why i dont buy stuff that deals with shipping, i'd rather find someone local pick it up.

I got my sway bar today. Payed on December 12 through paypal. Got half of my parts on January 3rd. Got the rest of my parts on January 10th.

I know my blood pressure must have went up because of this bad transaction. I don't think anyone should have to go through what I had to go through to get what I ordered. I also know that there have been several other people in the same shoe's as myself who have had many shipping problems with N1 Concepts.

I really don't care about how many people vouch for this company or Ken. I think this transaction was a horrible experience.

I will never deal with this company again. I made this thread in order to get my parts and to inform people of my experience.
