alright heres my problem i have a 94 dx hatch ..i wont start for some reason..it wont even sputter..its like just turning the key half way ..my oil,battery,ect..light up..bu it wont try to turn over or anything like the battery is dead but it is not..he starter is brand new..and my lights and horn sound and work fine..the only way i can get it to start is to push start it..please help

o i forgot to mention also when i do get the car running after push starting it my cel light comes on..
