Where is the Fast Idle Thermo Valve? Is it behind the intake manifold?

Where is the Fast Idle Thermo Valve? Is it behind the intake manifold?
On a GSR intake manifold, it's located near the firewall on the manifold. It's visible from above.

But I must ask, out of curiousity, why did you ask in this forum?

Correction, on a GSR its directly ON the underside of the throttle body, held on by 3 10mm's.

Near the firewall on the manifold is an accurate description of a part located under the throttle body, not touching the manifold in any way other than a coolant hose? News to me!
