Default Just obtained a 92 LS auto what should I do?

Hey all, never posted on these forums, mainly a VW guy, but my neighbor just gave me his old car.

Its a 92 LS 2 dr auto. Pretty decent condition but needs a new fuel pump which isnt that hard to replace, have a Haynes manual, just need time.

Ive always wanted an integra, the only reason i didnt get one is because it was between getting a VW Gti vr6 or a GSR and a Vr6 was cheaper and easier to find in good condition for the money i had.

Fixing the car is obvious but seeing as how its an auto and im primarily a stick driver and I would like to do a couple light modifications to it. Should i just fix it/sell it and save up for a manual gs??

Ive been searching for the differences b/n a GS and LS and cant find difference and could someone tell me if they have the time? Also how hard really is a Vtec install on a B18a engine.

And also if you could tell me what chasiss I have that would help too. Thanks alot for your help, and im happy to have a teg.

Shadow

i really wouldn't waste money on putting any performance mods into the auto. if you are set on getting a manual, your best bet is going to sell this and buy a manual. doing an auto to manual swap on a 100% otherwise stock car is pointless IMO. a heck of a lot easier to just buy a manual car.

if you have your heart set on keeping this car, i would certainly look into suspension and wheels/tires as opposed to engine mods.

the only real differences between LS and GS are available options (power locks, doors, windows, sunroof, etc)

LS Vtec on an auto is pointless IMO

Truthfully I was thinking that. I should fix it and sell it. But I was wondering whether or not it had potential to be something more. Also if i did sell, is it better to buy a Gen 3 or a Gen 2 Integra?? if i was looking at doing aftermarket. Thanks for help
