Do you have a sunroof? Other places it may be leaking would be the rear window squirter (if you have one), or the hatch seal itself.
I've had mine leak through the hatch struts when I had my car parked on an uphill because it leaked through the damn sunroof.

He hit on the head, its one of the 3 above listed things: sunroof, squirter, or seal.
Drop your headliner, and get a hose, and figure it out!
